About The Ponds

The Ponds is a new and exciting suburb in north west Sydney, where the residents have a unique opportunity to live in a woodland environment.

At the centre of our masterplanned community of 390 hectares is a nature corridor of more than 80 hectares, which follows The Second Ponds Creek, after which The Ponds is named. There are also parklands, water features, playgrounds, walking tracks and cycleways. In the future, The Ponds will have it's own community centre, retail precinct and playing fields.

The Ponds is not just a suburb, it is also a community where, through The Ponds Community Development Programme, residents are welcomed and able to connect with others. It is a place to make new friends, be invloved in community activities and events and participate in interest groups.  Residents receive regular newsletters to keep up to date with what is going on in their community.
