The Ponds Community Website
What a great place to live. Welcome from all of us at The Ponds Community Development Programme.
This community website is an integral part of The Ponds Community Development Programme, organised and run by Connections Community Development (a division of North West Community Care), sponsored by Landcom and Australand. The programme is here to help you settle in and connect with your local community.
My name is Tuula Schaeffer and I am the Community Facilitator for The Ponds. My role is to welcome each new household by personally visiting and delivering a Welcome Pack and a gift from the developers. I also organise community events, which provide you, the residents, an opportunity to meet and connect with others who live in or around The Ponds. To keep you up to date, there are regular newsletters and flyers, in your mailbox and on this website.
If you have any questions, ideas or would like to know how to get more involved in your local community, please contact me (click on "Contact us" on the menu).
WHAT'S NEW: See News for details and photos of recent community updates, such as The Ponds Autumn Party and Mothers' Day.
FREE ADVERTISING: For business advertising, you can advertise in the free Business Directory. Just email your information via "Contact us". If you are selling something (not a business or service) you can advertise in the free Classifieds. Just go to "Classifieds" and fill in your information.
